Summary: The rooms were not to the standard we would expect from a 4 star hotel. The mugs were dirty, the bathroom not thoroughly cleaned, the service was also not what we would expect, very casual and informal. Could be a lot more professional.

Summary: Service was a little slow in the rooftop terrace. Then we noticed that our air conditioning was creating humid conditions in our room. Some of our paper shopping bags became soft. I expected better quality.. The door men were awesome, helpful and attentive.

Summary: Technically this is 5 star hotel, it’s incredibly beautiful and everything has been great for the most part. However, I gave it 4 stars because the air conditioning in the room isn’t very strong and doesn’t get very cold overnight. The air is still and hot and sleeping was very uncomfortable for my friend and I. The staff is great, the rooftop restaurant is delicious, and the room is lovely. Just had an issue with the AC.

Summary: Nice and quiet. Comfortable bed and a good duvet. Great breakfast with plenty of options. Check-in and check-out took a bit of time, but everything went smoothly.
